Beet Basic

This engergy-booster, cleansing and immune boosting juice is a great way to start the day! 

2 Beets (beetroot)

2 large carrots

1 apple

1 orange

1 celery stick

1/2 inch (1cm) ginger root

Nutrients: Beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and sulphur
