Week 4 has been really good. There was a 2 pound weight gain but he lost that 2 pounds plus 1 for a total of 3 pounds lost this week. Some struggles this week were keeping consistent with the water intake and eating more frequently. One goal this week was to get in dinner by 7:30 PM and that has been going good.
We have switched up the workouts:
Monday- Weighted circuit training
Tuesday- Back and Bicep train for 1 hour
Thursday- Weighted Circuit training/ cardio 30 min
Friday- Legs-Core for 1 hour
Saturday- Chest, Tricep and Shoulders- Cardio 30 min
I took the cardio down a bit so that we can build some muscle right now. We are doing 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps, going pretty heavy (making the last 2-3 reps of a set difficult)
Starting weight: 256.6 End of week 4: 246.6 Loss of: 10 pounds
Starting Body fat: 24%
End of week 4: 18%
Measurements lost: 12 inches
