What you eat is so important.  You can put in hours at the gym and it won’t be doing anything for you if you’re not eating the right foods.  Your body needs good lean proteins, fruits, veggies and whole natural foods as fuel.  Protein is major, it helps to rebuild the muscles that get broken down during exercise.
