So week one was really good! Very motivated I received pictures of all his meals, got in a gallon of water daily.
For breakfast, most mornings he had eggs or oatmeal, he struggles with eating breakfast but he did notice he felt better have eaten in the morning. Snacks were almonds and apple, lunch he really digged the bell pepper sandwiches, not so much fruit since we are trying to lose weight and dinners were chicken and a steamed veggie and one night was a meatloaf.
There were some cravings this week for pasta and pizza but he did things to take his mind off of it. The key is to always have snacks on you, healthy ones of course!
This week he made all the scheduled workouts and even asked for higher weights and that extra 5-10 seconds to on a move!
At the end of week 1 Julian got sick and had to take 4 days off from workouts, we are just getting back into this week and getting the motivation back and getting food back as well.
Starting weight: 256.6 End of week 1/2: 251.6 Loss of: 6 pounds
