Hello all! We are in the 3rd week of our 6 week circuit group trainings. People are already feeling stronger and leaner! My circuits are a total body strength and conditioning course. They will help you with everyday things like the energy to run around with your kids or grand kids. The cardiovascular endurance and speed for any recreational sport you may do or wish to do. If you want a challenge or need to be pushed these group trainings are your ticket. We have 2.5 weeks left, they are on Monday and Thursday nights at 6pm and a drop in charge of $5.
Just remember you have one life to live are you living it to your full potential? Are you the healthiest you’ve ever been? Do you feel comfortable in your own skin? My goal in life is to make everyone that I can, see that they are worth the work and effort! When you put time into you, you feel SO good about you…bottom line! Yes losing weight and getting healthy is not an overnight thing, it takes time, the sooner you realize this and keep determined and consistent you will see the benefits and your hard work will pay off before your very eyes. Don’t wait for after Easter or for the next week, start now! Start putting time into yourself, you deserve it!
