This recipe was very, very yummy and super easy not to mention a lot healthier than that soda pop pulled pork! This is perfect for those busy days you have and don’t want to worry about cooking dinner. I didn’t add the hot sauce per my 3-year-old isn’t to keen on the spicy stuff. I ate mine on a bed of leafy greens. You can use this for anything, be creative and let me know what you ate yours with! Maybe even make it to have for the weeks lunches and snacks!
