Food for Day 5

Sorry this post is so late!  Here is my day 5 of eating!

Breakfast- 2 organic scrambled eggs with diced zucchini, 1 slice of turkey bacon-diced and 1 large handful of spinach and a banana
Lunch- Left over Beanless Chili
Snack- Beet and Carrot Juice and 1/4 cup of raw almonds
Dinner- Chicken Bake today I used butternut squash, carrots and bell peppers, I also used organic chicken thighs
The Beet and Carrot Juice was so yummy.  I would probably use a little extra lime next time.  I’ve been really liking the tang of the lime in my juices!

    I am off to make your breakfast right now, only I will use turkey sausage instead 🙂 Now, what time can I expect you to deliver my juice??? I have to get a juicer soon!!!! Have a great day friend!

      Haha I know right! We still need to have a juice date! We should plan that! Make some juices and sit on the patio and chat! I hope you have a amazing day Heather, lots of love to you!
