Kale is so nutritious for you! There are so many benefits to eating it. When I ate clean I never tried kale. I honestly thought it was just a garnish, but this leafy green is part of our weekly meals now!
2 Bunches of kale chopped
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp dry mustard
Cayenne and black pepper to taste
- Place chopped kale into a large bowl.
- Mix Olive oil, vinegar, mustard and peppers into a small bowl and whisk well.
- Top over kale and add slivered almonds.
There’s so many ways to make this but I went with a simple salad for this night. You can add another green, such as spinach with some bell peppers, olives and tomatoes!
